That's why we take time to get to know your business, its' culture and values, and the rewards and challenges of the vacant role before beginning to recruit.
If needed, we can also offer advice for newly created vacancies, such as salary guidance / benchmarking, or advising on the availability of particular skillsets in a geographical area. We can also helpy you understand why you may be having difficulty recruiting to a certain role, and put in place measures to overcome this.
At the outset of the process we will agree a timescale with you that will meet your deadlines for recruitment, as well as enabling us to conduct our full process. At the end of this you will be supplied with a shortlist of recommended candidates, along with a report on how each one meets your criteria. This saves time and resource for busy hiring managers, enabling them to conduct just one interview and to then appoint. By agreement we can also assist with reference checking, or facilitation of any role-specific testing that is needed to select the perfect candidate.
Once the succesful candidate is in post, our one off fee will apply, and is backed by our 8 week guarantee period, which commits to provide a replacement free of charge should the person leave your employment within that timescale*
Our competitve rates start at just 10% of salary (or pro-rata for interim / fixed term contracts) and we offer discounts to our standard terms for both volume and exclusivity.
